Smooth Accommodation provides the best property management services and helps you boost your income generated by your properties. Each month you will get the full market rent (guaranteed by the contract) so there is no void periods for you at all. 

Smooth accommodation offers FREE decorating and light refurbishment at the beginning of the contract. We cover most of the repairs for free. 

Through the appropriate maintenance we guarantee that your property will remain in immaculate condition. We cover all costs associated with furnishing the house.
We cooperate with THE BEST insurance providers to ensure that your property is well protected throughout the term of contract.

Smooth accommodation works in ethical manner hence we are proud members of organisations such as:

The Property Ombudsman, Information Commissioner's Office and Tenancy Deposit Scheme. 

We also offer traditional property management based on commission for management. We charge:
  • 10% of monthly rent income for a Single Let (one tenancy agreement)
  • 15% of monthly rent income for a HMO (shared house - multiple tenancy agreements)
